GreenPro Technologies OÜ guarantees consumer satisfaction and exercises a money-back policy in the event of any appropriate and genuine form of dissatisfaction expressed.

We proudly warranty our products because of our dedication to quality craftsmanship. In the rare event of product malfunctions, mistaken product, or product defect, we will be happy to remediate the situation accordingly, as our customers' satisfaction is one of our highest priority.

If within 14 days of receiving your products, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your full product purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping charges for sending your order back to GreenPro Technologies OÜ will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If you need to return any BBQ wood product, we will only accept it unless it is in its original, unopened packaging and sealed condition. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed if indicated or necessary a new or non-defected product, which matches your original or new specifications, would be sent to you. However, the prior payment made for the products returned will be automatically applied to the original payment card if payment refund is specified as an option.
